Halloween!

En España hay mucha gente que reniega de esta celebración, de la que dicen ser "impuesta por los yankees", la verdad es que a mí poco me importa, ya que me gusta tanto comer panellets y castañas como decorar la casa con calabazas, vampiros y brujas.
Esto me viene desde pequeña, debido a la fascinación que siempre he tenido por todo lo "oculto". Y que conste que soy partidaria de conservar las viejas tradiciones pero, ¿Por qué no también hacerle sitio a las nuevas?

In Spain there are many people who denies this celebration, which claim to be "imposed by the yankees", the truth is that it doesn't matter to me, because I do like eating panellets and chestnuts as much as decorating the house with pumpkins, vampires and witches.
This comes since I was a child, because I have always been fascinated by all the "hidden". And for the record I am in favor of retaining the old traditions but why not make room for the new?

When I started this blog, I knew I wouldn't be a constant coolhunter blogger.
But I saw some really cool blogs and I said to myself: I want to have one too! why not?
Well, I knew the answer immediately, because I don't have nothing interesting to write about!
Despite of that, the fact is I decided to start anyway. But the lack of ideas, or maybe the problems that surround me (and probably they're only on my chaotic mind) made me let this blog very abandoned.
I'm Sorry, becouse despite of all I said, I don't want to delete it.
I know someday I will be able to post more often and better.
I only need time, more time.

Cuando comencé este blog, sabía que no sería una blogger "coolhunter" constante. Pero vi algunos blogs muy cool y me dije: quiero tener uno también! ¿por qué no? Bueno, sabía la respuesta de inmediato, porque no tengo nada interesante que escribir!
A pesar de eso, el hecho es que decidí comenzar de todos modos, pero la falta de ideas, o tal vez los problemas que me rodean (y probablemente sólo están en mi mente caótica) me hicieron dejar este blog muy abandonado.
Lo siento, porque a pesar de todo lo que dije, no quiero eliminarlo.
Sé que algún día voy a ser capaz de publicar con más frecuencia y mejor.
Sólo necesito tiempo, más tiempo.

Little Red Riding Hood

Last week I dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood, I have that costume since I was a little girl, I don't remember the age, but I have photos being a really little girl!
The dress was too long for me then... the thing is that I kept the costume all of these years because for me, it was a pity to throw it away, and I never thought about to use it, since the other day, when I thought that I wanted to dressed up as something but I didn't know how to do it, and I had the idea... why didn't try to fit me in my Little Red Riding Hood costume? maybe I still fit in it... at the beginning I couldn't, but then I just cut a little piece under the dress and voilà!
I already had my costume!
Maybe a little bit outrageous costume but... I liked it.
I have to say that I couldn't fit my head into my pointed hood without seem I had a swimming cap hahaha

La semana pasada me disfrazé de Caperucita Roja, tengo ese traje desde que era una niña, no recuerdo la edad, pero tengo fotos siendo una niña muy pequeña!
El vestido era demasiado largo para mí entonces... la cosa es que me quedé con el traje todos estos años, porque para mí era una lástima deshacerse de él, y nunca pensé en utilizarlo, hasta el otro día, cuando pensé que quería disfrazarme de algo, pero no sabía cómo hacerlo, y tube la idea... ¿Por qué no tratar de encajar en mi disfraz de Caperucita Roja? tal vez todavía cabía en él... al principio no podía, pero luego sólo corté un trozo de debajo del vestido y voilà!
Ya tenía mi disfraz!
Un disfraz tal vez un poco escandaloso, pero... Me gustó.
Tengo que decir que no podía meter la cabeza en la caperuza sin parecer que tenía un gorro de baño jajaja

Material love

I really think that Valentine's day is just a commercial date, just an excuse to make us spend money.
I mean, if you love someone, you can show your love any other day... and for me an unexpected gift, or in fact, just a small detail, at any time, is so much better than on appointed day.
If I get something on the appointed days, I'm happy, of course, because I love to get presents (and give them too!, especially when there isn't a reason) and I have to admit that I'm a material girl... (I know, I know, but I can't help myself...) but I usually think that, we give them just like a compulsory act... because it's an habit established by the society... and although I love the presents that I got today, and I appreciate the detail, I would be happier if I wouldn't have nothing to recieve on these days and something any other day...

Realmente creo que el día de San Valentín es una fecha comercial, sólo una excusa para hacernos gastar dinero.
Quiero decir, si amas a alguien, puedes mostrar tu amor cualquier otro día ... y para mí un regalo inesperado, o de hecho, sólo un pequeño detalle, en cualquier momento, es mucho mejor que en un día señalado.
Si me cae algo en los días señalados, estoy feliz, por supuesto, porque me encanta recibir regalos (y dar también!, Especialmente cuando no hay una razón) y tengo que admitir que soy una chica materialista... (Lo sé, lo sé, pero no puedo evitarlo...) pero por lo general pienso que, los damos como un acto obligatorio... porque es un hábito establecido por la sociedad... y aunque me encantan los regalos que recibí hoy, y agradezco el detalle, yo sería más feliz si no hubiera nada que recibir en estos días y algo cualquier otro día...
